Jean-Patrick Voisin, Essec, MBA | Chairman of the Board

Chairman of Magnisense since April 2009, he is also President of a the Paris-based private financial holding company specialized in private equity investing, Concorde Capital. Since 1980, Jean-Patrick Voisin has held various executive and board positions in industrial, health related and financial companies in France, Sweden, Asia and Eastern Europe graduated from ESSEC in 1977.

Daniel Bernard, HEC, MBA | Board member

« Capitaine d’industrie », Daniel Bernard is the former CEO of Carrefour and currently an investor at Provestis.

Robert Taub, BA RUCA University, MBA Insead │ Board Member

Robert Taub is a seasoned pharma/medtech entrepreneur and investor. He co-founded Octapharma in 1983 and exited in 1995. He founded Omrix biopharmaceuticals in 1995, which was listed on NASDAQ in 2006 and sold to Johnson & Johnson in 2008. He was the chairman of NASDAQ listed Neuroderm ltd. which was sold to Mitsubishi Tanabe in 2017. He co-founded Nyxoah S.A. in 2009.

Jean-Pierre Dubuc, pharmacien, IAE, Lanchester Polytechnics │ Board Member

Jean-Pierre Dubuc was the manufacturing director of the French company Pierre Fabre médicament. Early 1998, he joined the group Beaufour Ipsen and was appointed Chairman of the Beaufour Ipsen Industry affiliate. He was also the pharmacist person in charge with Ipsen Pharma until March 2013. He was also the co-founder and chairman of Polepharma, a cluster of pharmaceutical industry representing 53% of the pharma production in France.

Lyse Santoro, Ecole Normale Supérieure, secondary education professor, PhD, Insead | Board member

Lyse Santoro has been Chief Executive Officer since the end of 2012. She has 17 years of experience; in strategic and operational top management positions in diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies (bioMérieux, Ipsen – VP worldwide business unit); and 10 years of experience in biotech companies. She was personal advisor to the French Ministry of research between 2002-2004 / AERES member / former Medicen Board member / G5 French pharma think tank – former R&D leader / Lyse Santoro graduated from ENS in 1987.

Petr Nikitin, PhD | Board member

Inventor of the technology MIAtek®. Petr Nikitin is currently working at the General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences at Moscow.

Sylvie Besème, PhD | Chief Scientific Officer & Quality Assurance

After her PhD focused on the development of a growth -promoting ovine vaccine, she spent 18 years at Merial as a clinical laboratory manager where she accumulated expertise in the development of diagnostic tests, team and project management, and quality assurance.

Claude Crosnier, Essec, MBA | Chief Financial Officer

Having started at KPMG, Claude Crosnier held positions as CFO from 1993 to 2001 in both an industrial group and an investment holding company before joining EY as a partner. Claude Crosnier is an ESSEC graduate and is chartered accountant.

Costin Caciu, Head of Instrumentation Manager | INSA, PhD Mines Paris

Costin Caciu is the head of instrumentation since 2016. He has ten years of experience at Itron (Schlumberger), on electronics, instrumentation, industrialization and project management. He has a PhD in modelling and image processing, performed at Mines de Paris.

Sandrine Danancher, Head of Sales France & Switzerland | MBA graduated from HEC Paris

Sandrine Danancher is the head of sales in France and Switzerland. She is bringing her experience on medical devices and IVD market, after 20 years in key account management, marketing and sales strategy in international companies such as Johnson and Johnson and Abbott where she had the opportunity to work in at the European level.
